目前国内使用十分成熟的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫具有脱硫效率高、适应煤种广、脱硫剂价格便宜且采购方便、技术成熟可靠及装置运行稳定等特点,该湿法工艺适用于不同类型、不同规格的火电厂锅炉及其它燃煤锅炉,也是目前国内外应用最广泛的脱硫工艺(占所有脱硫工艺的80%左右)。 At present, limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD), which is widely used in China, has the characteristics of high desulfurization efficiency, wide range of coal, cheap desulfurizer, convenient purchasing, mature technology, reliable operation and so on. At present, the most widely used desulfurization process at home and abroad (accounting for about 80% of all desulfurization processes). 湿法工艺涉及到的管道主要分为以下几类:烟道、浆液管道、汽水管道、空气管道。其中的浆液管道是以往电力工程设计中所没有的,它是水和固体颗粒物两种介质流的管道,它具有普通流体管道几乎所有特性,同时又具有易磨损、易腐蚀及易堵塞等普通流体管道所没有的特点,特别是在管道启动、运行、停止等状态时,如果设计得不合理,就会造成沉积甚至堵塞。正是由于后面的几个特征决定了浆液管道在设计时与普通流体管道的巨大区别。 The pipelines involved in wet process are mainly divided into the following categories: flue duct, slurry pipeline, steam and water pipeline, air pipeline. The slurry pipeline is not found in the past electric power engineering design. It is a pipeline for two kinds of medium flow, water and solid particles. It has almost all the characteristics of ordinary fluid pipeline, but also has the characteristics that ordinary fluid pipeline is easy to wear, corrode and clog, especially when the pipeline starts, runs and stops. If the design is unreasonable, deposits and even blockages will occur in the stop-up state. It is precisely because of the following characteristics that determine the great difference between slurry pipeline and ordinary fluid pipeline in design. |
