脱硫塔喷淋管的安装
Installation of spray pipe in desulfurization tower
1.用户应根据基础资料图，进行混凝土基础施工。基础的安装面，应保证在同一水平面上，净化塔底脚须知螺栓或沓接固定在基础的予埋钢板上。
1. Users should carry out concrete foundation construction according to the basic data maps. Installation surface of foundation should ensure that on the same horizontal plane, the bolts at the foot of purification tower bottom should be fixed on the embedded steel plate of foundation.
2.风机安装时，应严防杂物掉入风机内。净化塔安装完丝后，在试车之前必须清除塔内污物。
2. When installing the fan, the sundries should be strictly prevented from falling into the fan. After installation of the purifying tower, the dirt in the tower must be removed before commissioning.
3.因一般玻璃钢易燃，安装及维修过程中，严禁使用明火。
3. Open fire is strictly prohibited in the process of installation and maintenance because FRP is generally flammable.
4.贮液箱内溶液浓度应保持在2-6%范围内，当浓度低于2%时，必须加注溶液。
4. The concentration of solution in the tank should be kept within 2-6%, and when the concentration is lower than 2%, the solution must be added.
5.如风机安装在室内，风机的电机应采取防雨措施。
5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should take rain-proof measures.
