玻璃钢管道及复合管的安装

① FRP管在施工前，应对外观和尺寸进行检查，按出厂合格证进行验收。

② 管道安装图是管道安装工程的依据，FRP/PVC管的敷设（包括连接形式、坐标、标高、坡度、坡向等）支承，FRP/PVC管和设备、管道附件的连接，管道附件的安装位置、支承等，均应符合设计图纸，如有变动，必须与设计单位协商解决。

③ 管道安装，可按管道安装图所划分的管段，从管道的一端依次安装管道附件，直至另一端，再设支架或支座（必要时在安装过程中需设临时支撑）。管道吊装时，外壁表面必须采取保护措施，禁止与钢丝绳直接接触，以免造成局部受力。
(3) Pipeline installation can be divided into sections according to pipeline installation drawings. Pipeline accessories can be installed from one end of the pipeline to the other end, and brackets or supports can be installed (temporary support is needed in the process of installation if necessary). ④ FRP管的连接点只允许在直管部分。对焊连接点与管道支座边缘的距离，应大于管道的外径且不小于100mm；承插连接处与管道支座边缘的距离应大于150mm。

The distance between butt welded joint and the edge of pipeline support should be greater than the outside diameter of pipeline and not less than 100 mm; the distance between socket joint and the edge of pipeline support should be greater than 150 mm.
⑤ 管道的连接结构形式有承插式连接、法兰式连接（焊环活套法兰连接和复合平焊法兰连接）、对焊连接三种。此工程中将根据设计文件的具体要求确定安装方法。
There are three types of connection structure of pipeline: socket connection, flange connection (ring looper flange connection and compound flat welding flange connection), butt welding connection. In this project, the installation method will be determined according to the specific requirements of the design documents.
⑥ 从事焊接的安装工人必须持有焊工合格证，并熟悉FRP/PVC管的粘接剂性能及其安装方法，并且有熟练的PVC焊接操作能力。
The installation workers engaged in welding must have the qualification certificate of welders, be familiar with the properties of FRP/PVC pipe adhesive and its installation method, and have skilled welding operation ability of PVC.
⑦ 管道在承插连接前，首先应清除连接处PVC管内壁污垢，然后将承插头插入承插座内，承插口不得有歪斜，裂纹等缺陷，达到承插深度后，方可进行PVC焊接。
_Before socket connection, the pipe should first remove the dirt on the inner wall of the PVC pipe at the connection point, and then insert the socket plug into the socket. The socket should not have deflection, cracks and other defects. Only after the socket depth is reached, can the PVC welding be carried out.
⑧ 承插部位应采用FRP增强，在增强处均匀涂一层R胶，涂层厚薄均匀，不得漏涂和流淌，再包一层玻璃布，涂不饱和树脂，包玻璃布，反复进行，直至厚度达到要求为止。

⑨ 当承插口安装不合格需返修时，承插头和承插座必须重新制作，不得采用已使用过的承插件。

⑩ 法兰与管道连接时，内外两面都必须与管子焊接，法兰面与管子轴线倾斜度应小于或等于管子外径的1/100。法兰连接应严格对中，轴向最大允许偏差不大于2mm，不得用强紧螺栓的方法消除歪斜。拧紧螺栓分两次进行，第一次均匀对称地拧一遍，然后再拧紧螺栓。
