①物理法: 通常用重力分离或磁分离法去除煤分中的硫化铁(黄铁矿),以此形式存在的硫约占煤中硫分的2/3。②化学法:煤经粉碎后与硫酸铁水溶液混合,在反应器中加热至100~130℃,硫酸铁与黄铁矿反应转化为硫酸亚铁和单体硫,前者氧化后循环使用,后者作为副产品回收。③气化法:煤在1000~1300℃高温下,通过气化剂,使之发生不完全氧化,而成为煤气。煤中硫分在气化时大部分成为硫化氢进入煤气,再用液体吸收或固体吸附等方法脱除。④液化法: 煤的液化有合成法、直接裂解加氢法和热溶加氢法等。在液化过程中,硫分与氢反应生成硫化氢逸出,因此得到高热值、低硫、低灰分燃料。烟道气脱硫有干法和湿法之分。前者使用固体粉末或颗粒为吸附剂,如石灰粉吹入法,活性炭法和活性氧化锰法等。后者用液体为吸收剂,如氨吸收法、石灰石或石灰乳吸收法、氧化镁吸收法、钠 (钾) 吸收法和氧化吸收法等。燃料脱硫可回收硫分、减轻硫氧化物的污染、提高燃料的热值。 Physical method: Iron sulfide (pyrite) in coal is usually removed by gravity separation or magnetic separation. The sulfur in this form accounts for about 2/3 of the sulfur in coal. (2) Chemical method: coal is crushed and mixed with ferric sulfate aqueous solution, heated to 100-130 C in the reactor, and ferric sulfate reacts with pyrite to form ferrous sulfate and monomer sulfur. The former is oxidized and recycled, while the latter is recycled as a by-product. (3) Gasification method: Coal is converted into gas by gasification agent under high temperature of 1000-1300 C, which causes incomplete oxidation. (4) Liquefaction method: coal liquefaction includes synthesis method, direct pyrolysis hydrogenation method and thermal solution hydrogenation method. In liquefaction process, sulfur reacts with hydrogen to produce hydrogen sulfide escaping, so high calorific value, low sulfur and low ash fuel can be obtained. Flue gas desulfurization can be divided into dry and wet methods. The former uses solid powder or particle as adsorbent, such as lime powder injection method, activated carbon method and activated manganese oxide method. The latter uses liquid as absorbent, such as ammonia absorption method, limestone or lime milk absorption method, magnesium oxide absorption method, sodium (potassium) absorption method and oxidation absorption method. Fuel desulfurization can recover sulfur, reduce the pollution of sulfur oxides and increase the calorific value of fuel. |
