一、玻璃钢胶布质量对管材性能的影响

(一)玻璃钢用树脂含量和均匀性对管材性能的影响树脂含量多,玻璃钢制品吸水性减小,电性能好。树脂含量少,电性能下降,并影响剪切强度。但其它机械性能相对提高(如抗压、抗弯等)。同一幅面树脂含量的大小也影响到管材性能。当胶量均匀时,卷制出来的管子比较平整光滑。当胶量不均匀时,卷出来的管子各部位含胶量偏差较大,胶量大的地方易起棱;胶量小的地方密度小,易产生气泡,使电性能降低。因此从质量上和工艺上,都要求有均匀的含胶量。
