现在脱硫塔喷淋层大部分采用碳化硅涡流喷嘴
喷淋层根据入口SO2浓度脱硫效率要求等具体情况，一般设置2-5层，每层间距在2米左右，目前喷淋塔多采用单元制设计，即一台循环泵对应一层喷淋层。喷嘴有不同形式，如切向、轴向、双向喷嘴等。喷嘴的连接防晒霜有螺纹连接，法兰连接、粘接等，其中以螺纹连接与粘接居多。

At present, the spray tower is designed by unit system, that is, a circulating pump corresponds to one layer of spray layer. In order to facilitate routine maintenance, silicon carbide swirl nozzles are mostly used in the spray layer of desulfurization tower. Silicon carbide swirl nozzle is a kind of nozzle which is not easy to plug and can allow large particles to flow through; it has oxidation resistance performance in various environments, and its service life is still very long; the nozzle made of silicon carbide material has high surface accuracy, high strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance; the current rate of silicon carbide swirl nozzle in a wide range and pressure beating situation. Under working conditions, the spray droplets are small and the spray distribution is uniform.
