Because the absorbent slurry in the absorber contacts the flue gas repeatedly through the circulating pump, the absorbent utilization rate is very high.
脱硫吸收塔喷淋系统(喷淋层反冲洗)除雾器用于分离烟气携带的液滴,防止冷烟气玷污GGH、烟道等。本工程采用折流板玻璃钢除雾器,是利用液滴与固体表面的相互撞击而将液滴凝聚并捕集。气液通过曲折的挡板,流线多次偏转,液滴则由于惯性而撞在挡板上被捕集。经过净化处理的烟气流经两级卧式除雾器,在此处将烟气携带的浆液微滴除去。从烟气中分离出来的小液滴慢慢凝聚成比较大的液滴,然后沿除雾器叶片的下部往下滑落,直到浆液池。经洗涤和净化的烟气流出吸收塔,最终通过烟气换热器升温后经净烟道排入烟囱。

The purified flue gas passes through a two-stage horizontal demister, where the slurry droplets carried by the flue gas are removed. The small droplets separated from the flue gas gradually condense into larger droplets, and then slide down along the lower part of the demister blade until the slurry pool. The scrubbed and purified flue gas flows out of the absorption tower, and is eventually heated through the flue gas heat exchanger and discharged into the chimney through the clean flue.
